Rep. Tom Malinowski is set to face a New Jersey judge Tuesday after being ticketed last month for driving on a suspended license.

Malinowski, a freshman Democrat from the Garden State, was pulled over for speeding on Aug. 1 in Hopewell Township, New Jersey, court records show.

According to a video of the incident posted online, the law enforcement officer informs Malinowski, “You were doing 64 miles an hour. It’s a 45 mile per hour zone.”
